Q:My parents are Indian citizens. They are travelling to Canada for 4 months, i would like to know if your company does medical insurance for that.
Q:I am planning to purchase the Patriot America Plus Travel insurance for myself. I am an Indian, travelling to US on May 9-10th and returning on May 21-22. My concern is on how I can collect the physical card. I understand that once I purchase the insurance, I'll receive an online confirmation of my purchase and insurance ID/number. Would this be sufficient for making claims at PPO network establishments? Do I really need to collect the plastic card that you'll be sending me? The problem is that I'll be staying in private hotels while in US and I don't think its reliable to have my card delivered to them (since I don't know them personally).
