The part you are looking at that excludes military is for AD&D and Political Evacuation. Q:I am on H1B visa and I have medical insurance through my employer. I got married in 2019 November 27th and my spouse got H4 visa on January 22nd 2020 and still haven't arrived in US. My spouse can't be added to my employer medical insurance as 30 days passed and enrollment date is over. Which insurance plan I can buy for her which is compliant with needed requirements between the time I can enroll her with my company insurance which start on Jan 1st 2021?
