Q:I'm a US Citizen at age 69 with expected retirement at age 72 with desire to live in Mexico with permanent new home, desire to achieve Mexican citizenship after 5 years, and in the interim be able travel world wide with access to local Mexican quality healthcare, protection while traveling, and with current treatable prostate cancer diagnosis. Q:I am a US citizen with a valid US passport. However, I have lived in England for the last almost 5 years (since September 2016) on a spouse visa, so England is my country of residence. I am interested in traveling to the US (specifically Pennsylvania, where I'm from and my parents are) for about 6 weeks. Does the 'Patriot America Plus' plan cover me? It says 'Temporarily visiting US citizen is eligible' but I want to triple check before purchasing!
