Q:I'm planning to take the Patriot America Plus insurance but paused because it said not all OPT students are eligible. I'm currently in OPT but in STEM extension, will I be eligible for this plan or are there any plans that would work for me ? Q:I have a few questions I need clarification on in reference to Patriot America Plus for our daughter who is visiting the US. Deductible - if we choose for example $250, once we pay that out of pocket the plan covers the rest correct? Is that per medical event or the total across the 6 months of her stay? Emergency evacuation - in the event our daughter is hospitalised and needs extended care, this plan will cover her transportation costs to be returned to Australia? Is that correct? Urgent Care - if she visits an Urgent Care center, she will only need to pay $25 regardless if deductible has been paid?
