A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. In order to better assist you can you please provide the requirements that your sponsoring organization has for your insurance needs so that we may better determine if there is a applicable plan for coverage. Just as a general rule there are no plans that will cover pre-existing conditions without a waiting period of a minimum of 6 months. If you would need pre-existing condition coverage right away it is recommended that you obtain coverage from your sponsoring organization if it is available as these will typically be Long-Term domestic insurance that will offer such coverage. Q:I'm looking for an insurance package for my friend within his 03 weeks staying in US. Please help to explain more about the claiming policy. As I understand that if an emergency occurs, we have to self-pay first then contact you for later repayment, right? What if my friend leaves the country while the claiming procedure is still processing, can he authorize someone else to do the paperwork and have the money refunded to their account?

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. The claims process will depend on the plan you purchase. Some plans, since they do not have a PPO network, may have to be paid out of pocket and then filed for reimbursement but there are plans that do have a network and in some cases the provider will bill directly. Please feel free to contact our office to speak with a licensed agent for more assistance.
