Q:This is Hina here. I ned to inform you that I had purchased medical insurance of 32.90 USD. With this mail I am also attaching a copy of it, kindly go through it. This insurance have (Maximum Limit 50,000.00 USD/Deductible 2,500.00 USD). But as I am enrolled in J1 program and for my J1 program requirements I need yo have an insurance having following features: --Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per person per accident or illness; --A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness. So, it is my humble request to kindly upgrade my insurance plan to which I need. Please contact for any query.
