Q:Insurance for US citizen studying in USA Hello Looking for medical insurance for my daughter who will be doing her undergrad in the US. Currently she lives in India for the past 17 year and we, her parents, are Indian citizens. Are there any insurance options for my daughter in the US. unfortunately most of the Insurance companies assume US citizens will be living in the US and do not provide individual medical insurance. The school (Culinary Institute of America in NY) she will be joining does not have group insurance and do not provide any help for US citizens living abroad and coming back to the US for studying. Thanks for any pointers.
