Q:I chose the plan of Atlas America and I almost bought it !! But the following notice appeared. Please suggest a different insurance company which is registered in CA. THESE COMPANIES ARE CALLED "NONADMITTED" OR "SURPLUS LINE" INSURERS. 2. THE INSURER IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE FINANCIAL SOLVENCY REGULATION AND ENFORCEMENT THAT APPLY TO CALIFORNIA LICENSED INSURERS. 3. THE INSURER DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE INSURANCE GUARANTEE FUNDS CREATED BY CALIFORNIA LAW. Q:My dad is visiting me now and wants to travel to Iceland during his visit with us. He is an Indian citizen holding a valid US visa. Is he eligible for insurance through your company. I did get a quote online and wanted to make sure he can use it.

Q:I am looking to try and obtain visitor medical insurance for a trip planned to NYC from 4th February to 10th February. I have had a minor surgical procedure which I might need to have a dressing changed & packed. I have contacted a medical practice who have informed of price to pay privately but I was hoping there was an insurance that I could purchase that would cover for the treatment I might need.
