Q: I would like to get a list of insurance plan options from you that will satisfy the attached criteria. I am currently living in Michigan and I came here in Jan'18 and my university is Michigan Technological University. My university offers CHP insurance but I feel its way too expensive. I'm attaching the benefits offered from CHP plan. A closest will be preferred. I'm also attaching the waiver criteria from my university. Q:Dear Mr. and Mrs. I am looking for an insurance during my exchange semester in New Orleans (Tulane University) from 16 of August until 31 of December 2018. Please also provide evidence that your plan provide direct payment to providers as well. All of the requested information needs to be uploaded to your waiver for further review. Please also provide a letter showing that you are actively enrolled in the plan for the duration of your academic year. I am looking forward to hearing from you! Q:I am going to start a master in FIU in Miami, they have a form with the requirements that the insurance company must have, I would like to have a quote based on these requirements. I have included the requirements for the waiver.
