Q:I am a US citizen living in Spain for 2 years but will be traveling back and forth to US every few months for a few weeks at a time. It is these visits where I want to have health insurance coverage. Do I have to enroll by mid December or can I enroll anytime. Also if I get pregnant in Spain and comeback to the US can I have my baby there under the plan and be covered
Q:Our three year old granddaughter is visiting us from China for two months. I want to buy her medical insurance only while she is in the USA. She is a Chinese citizen, but has received an immigrant visa to live in the US. It must be activated by Feb. 7, 2024. Then she will go back to China until her entire family is ready to move to the US and live with us. So it is temporary medical insurance for just the time she is in the US for now. Because of her residence visa, I want to ensure this temporary coverage applies to her. Some details in on-line offerings talked about having to be so many miles from residence. Her residence is in China at this time and she is only visiting.I would like to talk to an agent to be sure coverage applies.
Q:My mother in law is a Russian citizen residing in Russia, I am thinking about getting either the Atlas America insurance or the Safe Travels USA for her visit in the USA. Is that insurance restricted to specific nationalities e.g are those policies allowed to be sold to Russian people so they can get medical coverage in the USA?

Q:For Atlas America insurance, what is the maximum duration I can extend the policy? Assuming I originally purchase the policy for 6 months, before it expires, can I extend it for another 12 months for the total policy coverage period of 18 months?
Q:Hello, I am looking for a travel medical insurance for an intern that will be with my organisation for 6-months, starting today. He is a German citizen and will be in Malaysia - Indonesia throughout the period. I would be able to purchase the insurance, however am not sure of how easy the claim would be since Malaysia do not have any PPO network. Please advise.
