A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. The plans will fall under two categories. Fixed coverage plans, which are very basic plans. And comprehensive plans, which cover more at the time of the claim. I have included a link for one fixed coverage plan and one comprehensive plan brochure, the rates are included. You can also go to www.insubuy.com to look at all plans and get instant quotes. FIXED: /safe-travels-elite-insurance/ COMPREHENSIVE: /atlasamerica-insurance/ If you have any further questions please feel free to call. Thank you for the call. I like to do monthly payments .duration 4-5 months for now . Buying and paying is the same. If you want for 4 months you would have to pay for that duration. You may purchase for one month and renew the policy. Each time you renew there is a $5 renewal fee. You can do an instant purchase online or you may contact our office and an agent would be happy to assist you. I understand Ok so same rates even I call you . Thank you Yes. There is no difference in cost whether you puchase online or over the phone with an agent. One of my guest has remote history of heart problem . Do they cover if something happens related to his condition. His doctor checked week ago and said no problems. Please inform . The plans will only cover new illnesses and accidents that occur after the effective date of the policy. Pre-existing conditions are excluded.

Q:Pre-existing conditions coverage for visitors My mother in law is coming to visit us from Colombia in November and will be staying for about 3 weeks. She is 60 and has type 2 diabetes, and although we don't anticipate any imminent problems, we want to try to protect ourselves against any catastrophic medical bills. After reading enough websites to get my head spinning, I'm interested in either an Atlas America comprehensive policy or possibly a Patriot America Platinum policy. It is my understanding that both of these policies cover acute onset of pre-existing conditions to a certain extent. I've read both good and bad things about both companies, the scariest being that they will try to tie anything back to a pre-existing condition and deny payment of claims. My first question is, do you even offer the Patriot America Platinum policy? I didn't see it in the list when I did the quote form. If not, please tell me why. Second, given my choice between the two (I'm not interested in a policy from Liaison), which is better and why? Thanks in advance for your advice.

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. Patriot America, Patriot plantinum plan does not cover pre-exisitng conditions. Atlas America, lia continent covers in case of acute onset of pre-ex upto $15,000.
