Q:I am a F1 graduate student attending the University of Cincinnati. I am looking for a PPACA complaint insurance plan. Can you offer me such coverage?

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. Since the requirements state that the plan must be PPACA compliant then you would need to purchase the plan offered by your university to meet that requirement. The plans offered on the market are not PPACA compliant. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact our office.

Q:My mother arrived on 12/23/16 and plans on returning to India on 2/28/2017. Does Atlas America cover her? We are trying to get the most coverage. She is visiting us in the state of Washington for the majority of her stay. She will also travel to California for 3 days from 12-31-16 to 1-2-17

A:
Since she has already arrived in the state of WA then she would not be eligible for the Atlas America Plan. We have a very similar plan called the Patriot America Plus plan that she is eligible for. If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact our office.
