Q:I've already the detail on your website about coverage plan. However, I would like to make sure about my understanding. I would like to buy Safe travel USA comprehensive program on April 13 to May 12. I would like to ask about following questions. 1) Will it cover new onset of COVID-19 after April 13? - I am a Thai citizen. My age is 52. I flew from Bangkok to NYC and arrived at NYC on March 10. 2) In case that I visit a medical care in PPO network such as urgent care, emergency room or hospital admission, will I have to pay the money before making claims? Or the medical care will contact you for the bills? 3) Is the claims process difficult or does it usually have any issues as I've seen a lot of negative reviews on the internet?
