Q:Hi TeamDo you know any good insurance here for parents visiting US, in India I checked with Indian Insurance company is reimbursed after parents go back to India and reimburse the expensesI am looking for insurance which provides copay and coinsurance here in USA

A:
If your parents are coming to the U.S. on B2 visitor visas, you can find plans for them thorugh this quote link: /visitors-insurance/ These plans do not have copays like our domestic insurance and direct billing is always up to the individual provider whether a plan has a PPO network or not. So if a provider requires payment at the time of service, you would have to file a claim. There is not a plan available that can guarantee direct billing. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Q:My wife is a Brazilian citizen with a valid USA Immigration card. She resides in the USA most of the time. Do you have any major medical programs she might be eligible for?

A:
If she resides in the U.S. on a greencard she would need to enroll into domestic insurance through the Healthcare Exchange. Her eligibility with domestic insurance would make her ineligible for our plans. We do have 1 short term plan available in some states that may be able to provide temporary coverage until her domestic insurance can begin. You will need to check the plans geographic restrictions to see if the plan is available in your state of residence. /short-term-health-insurance/ Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
