I mean when I pay tax for 2019 (next year) will I have to pay penalty or not? Currently I am insured through my employer insurance. I need to change it for the next year.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any ACA compliant plans. It is recommended that you contact your state department of insurance for help.

Q:Looking for visitor insurance for my in-laws. Could you please give info on different packages for it? Father-in-law : 62 Mother-in-law : 56 California They are already in US. Their return date is : May 25 2019

A:
We have sent you a quote based on the information provided below. There are two types of visitors insurance plans available, either Fixed or Comprehensive coverage plans. The Fixed coverage plans will pay a fixed amount for each procedure according to a schedule of benefits. The comprehensive coverage plans will pay a percentage of the overall cost once the deductible has been met. We recommend purchasing the comprehensive coverage plans. Based on their ages we would recommend reviewing either the Atlas America, or Patriot America Plus. Please use the link provided below to view the plan options and purchase. You may also purchase over the phone by contacting our office at (866) INSUBUY. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Q:There is no mandatory requirement from the University. The only point they mentioned was if I enroll in a health plan out of Univeristy provided plan, and if I use University University Health Center, I need to pay the amount from my pocket and I need to get that reimbursed from the Health Insurance provider I have enrolled with. My only question is can I reimburse the itemized bill's of University health center from the 3rd party Insurance provider that I chose?

A:
As long as what you went for is considered an eligible expense then you could file for reimbursement with your insurance.

Q:I want to adjust my quote based on 2500 deductible. Also, I have a question. Let's say I want to visit a doctor for a fever for my inlaws. If I go to hospital would only the co-pay of $15 apply. If yes, what all are the hospitals available. My Zip is 94560. Another thing is , my colleague took Safe Travels USA Comprehensive how is it different from atlas america?

A:
Atlas America's $15 copay applies only at the Urgent care or walk-in clinic. An ER visit would be subject to the deductible amount you select. When visiting the ER if someone were to visit for an illness, and not be admitted to the hospital an additional $200 copay will apply. You may search for providers within your area by using the provider link for the First Health PPO Network . The Safe Travels USA Comprehensive plan will waive the deductible at an in-network facility, and then the plan will pay 100% up to the policy maximum limit. With the Atlas America plan you are subject to the deductible within the network, and thereafter the plan will pay 100% up to the policy maximum whether you visit an in-network or out of network facility. One other important difference is the coverage available under the acute onset of pre-existing condition coverage. The Atlas America plan will provide this coverage up to the policy maximum limit you select for insureds under the age of 70. The Safe Travels USA Comprehensive plan will also include this coverage up to the policy maximum for individuals less than 70, but if the event is cardiac related the coverage would be reduced to $25,000 for this age group.
