I need to purchase a health insurance plan to cover me while I am in the US, and I am wondering if the Liaison Majestic is designed for this purpose? I can be covered as a US citizen, coming to the US from abroad?

Q:Visitor to USA pre-existing conditions I am a 21 years old student from Pilsen, Czech republic. I will be spending the next 7 months (from may 24th to November 31st) in New Jersey, USA working. I am diagnosed with illness called "colitis ulcerosa". The illness is currently suppressed and I take pills to keep it so. Anyway, if the illness got worse, I would need to get blood test done. So I want to ask you if it is possible to get a health insurance, that would guarantee me getting blood tests done at no cost?

A:
There is no such plan available.

Q:USA visitor Insurance pre-existing conditions I am sixty four years old, a retired Saudi Arabian academic. I am here on a visitor visa b-2. By end of may my papers will be all set up and submitted to the Immigration through a lawyer for the Green Card. I am a cancer survivor, where a kidney was removed and the bladder was cleaned from a low grade cancer. I was treated at John Hopkins Hospital. I have a tiny tumor developed near the area of the lost kidney. With all of these honestly placed circumstances, can I still get insured by your good company? I am considering the half a million plan with one hundred Dollars deductible. And I prefer to still go to John Hopkins mostly. Please let me hear from you soon Thanks a lot.

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. However, there are no plans on the market that will cover any pre-existing conditions. These plans are only designed to cover the new accidents and new illness that occur after the effective date of the policy. You are still eligible to purchase insurance that would cover related to the new accidents and new illness that happen after the effective date.
