I'm writing to ask you the price and conditions for contracting an insurance coverage for myself. I'm a resident of Spain and I'm going to be in US for 4 months starting from Jan 2017, on a university visitor's program (J-1 exchange program). According to the regulations I'll need to have an insurance during these 4 months that covers: - Medical benefits of at least $100000 per accident or illness, - Repatriation of remains in the amount of $ 25000, - Expenses for medical evacuation to home country in the amount of $ 50000, and - A deductible not exceeding $ 500 per accident or illness. Please let me know if your company offer such an insurance, and if yes, please tell me the prices, payment methods and other relevant information.
